"Panhandle House" is located in Montgomery Estates which is nestled in the forest on the south shore of Lake Tahoe. It is about 5 miles from the casinos at the state line, and is only a 10 minute drive away from Heavenly. The cabin is approximately 2,200 square feet and has a large fenced backyard and a deck with a hot tub, patio furniture & propane BBQ. The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac setting with only one other house across the street. The large living room has a 52" screen TV and a bar adjoining the kitchen.

Bedding:
Bedroom 1: 1 King
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen
Bedroom 3: 1 Bunk with 2 Singles and 1 Bunk with 1 Single and 1 Double that Converts to a Couch
Living Room: 1 Queen-Sized Sofa Sleeper

Guest Fees are $30/night and subject to space availability (note also: unless there are fewer shareholders than beds, guests will be rocking comfy carpeted floor space). Staying in the cabin also comes with perks, like free food for dinner (steaks, fajitas, pasta, pizza delivery) and the slopes (sandwiches, granola bars, apples, etc)--not to mention the hot-tub, fireplace, pool table, and good company!

To check for availability and/or request space in the cabin for a particular night, you will need to register and/or login, then simply click Cabin Booking. There you will see availability by month. Click a day to see availability for that day and the surrounding week. There you will be able to request up to 6 nights per person (you can request for your group, but you become the point of contact and payment), indicate your transpo situation, and any other notes. You can also sign up for multiple nights at once or view all your pending requests at once by clicking on the links at the top of the calendar page.

I will generally approve guest requests for a weekend by Wednesday or Thursday of that week, depending on the occupancy of the cabin. If there is space for you, I will contact you directly.
